Zero Net Energy Community Tour

Visit the first Zero Net Energy community in Central California and the largest of its kind in the entire state. The 3,300-acre master planned community includes 36 homes designed to use only as much electricity as they produce. Working with partners including PG&E, CPUC and the Electric Power Research Institute, this first of a kind project provided a valuable learning experience on how to meet future building standards.

This tour is on an active construction side, please wear close-toed shoes. Hard hats will be provided.
